How to Restore Energy & Joy in Minutes
Tired of Feeling Drained? Try This
Have you ever felt like your soul is running on empty—tired, drained, and unsure how to refill your cup? I’ve been there too, and in this video I share my own journey of emptiness and awakening, along with a simple breathing practice to help you reconnect with what’s already full in your life.
As you watch, I invite you not just to listen but to experience. Below the video, you’ll find two creative tasks to deepen your reflection and make this practice your own.
Mindful invitations
1: Breathing into Presence
After you finish the video, take a few more slow breaths. Place your hand on your heart and notice how your body softens.
With each breath, ask yourself: “What feels full in my life right now?”
Write down one answer after each breath.
Repeat this three times.
When you’re done, look at your list. Circle the one answer that feels the most nourishing for you today. That’s your soul reminding you of your abundance.
2: Write Your Own Verse of “Whole”
My poem Whole was born from a moment of deep gratitude. Now it’s your turn to write a verse.
Begin with the words: “Today I feel…”
Let the words flow in 4–6 lines, capturing a moment of fullness, gratitude, or light in your own life.
Read your verse aloud slowly, breathing gently between each line.
Notice how it feels to speak your own wholeness into existence.
These small practices are gentle reminders that your soul isn’t broken—it just longs to be refilled with presence, breath, and love. I’d love to hear your reflections or even a line from your own poem in the comments. Sharing your voice can be a gift, not only for yourself but for others who may need it, too.
With love,
Marusya Price
