Once upon a time a tiny speck of love was born in a small Bulgarian town. She was curious to explore the world and excited to spread her light and magic.
However, little did young Marusya expect dark clouds would dim her starry radiance. As she was growing up, the young girl would often rebel against old paradigms and an environment ruled by fears and scarcity. She forgot the boundless power and omnipotence that coursed through her veins, a sleeping goddess unaware of her own divine might.
Still, oftentimes Marusya, a child of the stars, would let her imagination take her to unknown lands where joy and peace held sway. She thrived in those moments and was able to connect with her true nature and innate superpower to heal herself and others.
Years passed by, and Marusya moved from one country to another, her heart guiding her, but her mind muddled her judgment and doubt challenged her choices. Many a day she felt lost, numb, and cast adrift in a sea of despair. She knocked on door after door, but, alas, none opened. She roamed thorny paths which scratched and tore at her self-esteem, and gradually her faith faded.
Then one day, she made a conscious decision to slow down and appreciate the miracles in life. She would roam the green rolling hills, smell the fragrance of roses, caress the moss, marvel at the birdsongs, connect with her feelings and simply, breathe.
Breath after breath, intangible chains unclasped, old wounds cracked open, and light poured in. Marusya learned to silence her mind and tune into her body. “Thump-thump” sang her heart, “Scribble- scribble” murmured her pen, and healing words flooded onto the blank page.
Soon Marusya realised she was living the life of the wayfarer from her childhood dreams. Her feet were wandering those long-forgotten lands, and she was ready to share her secret with the world.
Yours truly,
Marusya Price

I love this so much. Your writing is so poetic. Slowing down to appreciate all the miracles does change everything.
"Breath after breath, intangible chains unclasped, old wounds cracked open, and light poured in." And then light poured out of the girl with starry radiance...
